The Selection Process

The Kern Community College District Board of Trustees has engaged PPL. Inc., to assist its management of the recruitment, application, and selection process of KCCD's next Vice President, Finance and Administrative Services of Cerro Coso Community College. Interested applicants should submit the following required application documents:

Application Materials

  1. Current Resume
  2. Letter of Interest (Cover Letter)
  3. Copy of legible transcripts (Official transcripts will be required upon offer of employment)
  4. List of five (5) professional references – Listed on application form
    • Minimum of five professional references
    • Supervisors, direct reports, faculty members, support staff, community members and peers.
    • Must provide name, title, preferred email addresses, and preferred phone numbers.
