Sawyer Grateful for New Position

Ursula Sawyer, the new Custodian at the Lake Isabella Campus says she is very grateful for her new job at Cerro Coso.

New to the United States, Sawyer grew up in the Philippines and after high school she studied Administrative Secretarial at a two-year vocational school. Having come from a very over-populated region of the Philippines, Sawyer finds her new home in the Kern River Valley quiet, clean, and peaceful.

“I love it here,” she said. She loves to read, garden, and spend time with her husband Earnest.

Cerro Coso welcomes Ursula, who has joined the group of capable and friendly staff who keep our buildings clean and welcoming, and who work hard to keep up with the busy activities and schedules of the campuses. Our KRV Campus sparkles because of YOU!
