New Anthropology Lab Course

Cerro Coso Community College is offering a new Anthropology laboratory course ANTH C122 as a supplement to Physical Anthropology this fall.

A fascinating program of study, Anthropology combines interesting course work with practical lab work in distinctive data collecting methods known as participant-observation. Laboratory exercises are designed to introduce students to the scientific method, and explore genetics, human variation, human and non-human primate anatomy and behavior, the primate/hominin fossil record, and other resources to investigate processes that affect human evolution.

The class will meet with Professor Dr. Sarah King on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:35 to 5 p.m.

Fall classes begin August 22, 2016. Call a counselor today at 760-384-6219 to sign-up for ANTH C122.
